What makes Elite different

A home's presentation depends on more than how many photographs appear in the listing. Lighting influences how buyers read the room, notice materials, and understand the connection between interior spaces and the outside. Elite uses blended flash photography, introducing a different capture and finishing approach from Economy AI editing or Basic HDR.

The USHPS Elite description highlights lit rooms, see-through windows, and full grass edits. These features can be relevant when your marketing priorities include a carefully presented interior and meaningful views through the windows. Discuss those priorities in advance, particularly when a room has mixed lighting, a large window wall, or a feature you want to emphasize.

Blended flash and a considered interior presentation

Blended flash photography combines flash-lit imagery with the photographic scene to develop the finished view. The approach allows attention to the light within the room as well as the surrounding environment. The aim is to present a space people can read, with the room's features working together instead of competing for attention.

See-through windows are part of the advertised Elite service. Tell USHPS when an outdoor outlook is important to your listing, whether that is a garden, patio, or another property feature. The photographed view depends on the actual location and conditions. Share your expectations before the appointment so the coverage can be discussed in the context of the real home.

Full grass edits are also included in the Elite description. Prepare the yard and explain any landscaping conditions that require care. Editing supports the presentation of the photographs; it does not complete unfinished landscaping or replace an accurate explanation of the property. Keep the photography plan consistent with what a buyer can expect during a showing.

Elite package prices and image counts

Choose 25 Elite photographs for $166, 35 photographs for $228, or 45 photographs for $292. Each option uses the Elite blended flash approach. The difference in image count gives you room to adjust the coverage to the number of spaces and perspectives that matter to your marketing plan.

The 25-photo set is the smallest Elite option. Begin with the primary exterior, main living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and selected outdoor features. A focused list helps identify what is essential and where an additional angle would add useful context. Share that list with USHPS before the shoot.

The 35-photo set provides additional coverage for a longer list of spaces or features. The 45-photo set is the largest Elite option and gives more scope for a detailed visual introduction. A larger count is useful when the images explain something new about the home. Confirm suitability using the property's address, size, layout, and requested coverage rather than image count alone.

Bring the property's strongest features into focus

Think about what makes the home memorable during a visit. It could be the relationship between a kitchen and gathering area, a spacious principal suite, an inviting entry, or outdoor living that feels connected to the interior. These are helpful priorities to share when planning Elite photography.

A strong listing sequence gives those features context. Viewers should understand where they are within the home and why a particular space matters. Include both the main room views and the supporting photographs that explain function, flow, and useful details. Tell us if a recently improved area or distinctive architectural feature deserves specific attention within the selected image count.

Prepare for a more considered shoot

Have the property clean, arranged, and accessible before photography begins. Remove small distractions from counters and floors, straighten furnishings, and check that important spaces are ready to photograph. Look at reflective surfaces and windows while preparing; everyday items can become visible from more than one angle.

Walk the exterior, tidy the approach, and arrange access to the backyard or other requested areas. Share instructions for gates, lockboxes, pets, and occupied rooms before the appointment. If timing or an important view affects your plans, discuss that when scheduling. Our photo preparation guide offers a practical checklist for homeowners and listing agents working together.

Choose Elite as part of your marketing plan

Elite can be worth considering when the lighting approach and interior presentation are central to the listing strategy. Basic offers HDR photography with sky and grass enhancement, while Economy provides AI-edited photographs with sky replacement. Each is a separate choice; selecting Elite should follow the property's needs and the result you want to discuss.

Aerial photography, walkthrough video, and actual on-site twilight photography are separate services. If the property needs those additional perspectives, coordinate them before finalizing the order. Confirm your required delivery timing with USHPS. No specific sales result, appointment slot, or turnaround is promised by the photography package description.
