Every listing needs photographs that help someone understand the home before arranging a visit. The front elevation introduces the property, the main living spaces explain the layout, and bedrooms and bathrooms fill in the practical details. Economy keeps the decision straightforward: select 25, 35, or 45 photographs and build a useful visual introduction around the spaces that matter.
This service is a practical option when your priority is getting a property photographed while managing the listing budget. It can suit a compact home, a straightforward resale listing, or a property whose marketing plan calls for essential room coverage. The right choice depends on the number of spaces, the features you want included, and the level of editing you prefer.
Economy uses AI editing as the finishing approach for your property photographs. Sky replacement is included, helping suitable exterior views present a more consistent sky appearance. An edited photograph still needs to communicate the actual home clearly, so prepare the property and share any features that must remain accurate before the appointment.
Sky replacement does not mean an on-site twilight session, drone photography, or a complete property makeover. If your listing needs the HDR approach with sky and grass enhancement, compare Basic. If you want blended flash photography with lit rooms and attention to window views, compare Elite. Each service has its own purpose, and choosing the appropriate approach is more useful than ordering extra images alone.
The 25-photo option costs $99 and provides the smallest Economy image set. Start by identifying the front exterior, main living room, kitchen, principal bedroom, bathrooms, and outdoor features you want photographed. A focused shot list helps keep the selected images useful, especially when several rooms have similar layouts.
The 35-photo option costs $139 and allows more room for additional spaces and perspectives. Consider it when the home includes an office, another living area, a larger outdoor setting, or features that deserve their own photographs. Rather than repeating the same view, use the additional coverage to help explain how the property works.
The 45-photo option costs $179 and offers the largest Economy set. It can be helpful when there are more rooms, more exterior features, or a longer list of marketing priorities. Share the property address, size, and requested coverage when booking so USHPS can help confirm the appropriate selection. Image count alone does not establish suitability for every property.
A prepared property gives your photography a better starting point. Clear counters, put away personal belongings, straighten bedding, and remove bins or temporary items from the main views. Check the entry, driveway, patio, and backyard as carefully as the rooms inside. Small distractions become more noticeable when buyers view photographs on a large screen.
Coordinate access before the appointment and tell USHPS about pets, gate codes, lockboxes, or rooms that need special attention. If a homeowner, tenant, or property manager must be present, arrange that in advance. Use our photo preparation checklist to work through the home before the photographer arrives. Editing should complement preparation, rather than replace cleaning, organizing, or completing necessary property work.
Think of the image set as a walkthrough someone can follow at their own pace. Lead with a view that introduces the property, then move through the spaces that explain everyday living. Include the kitchen, gathering areas, bedrooms, and outdoor features in an order that feels natural. Tell us if a particular feature is central to your listing description.
A covered patio, dedicated workspace, or unusually flexible room may deserve attention even when it is not the largest space. Share those priorities before the shoot so the coverage can reflect the property's story. Avoid relying on a single attractive room to explain the entire home; the complete set should give potential buyers enough context to decide whether to explore further.
Economy is the entry point in the USHPS photography range. Basic HDR adds a different photographic and editing approach, with sky and grass enhancement. Elite uses blended flash photography for lit rooms, see-through windows, and full grass edits. Review the service descriptions alongside the price, especially if your property has challenging lighting or an important outdoor view.
Drone images, walkthrough video, and an actual twilight shoot are separate services. Tell USHPS about those needs before finalizing the appointment. Confirm your delivery requirements and marketing deadline when scheduling; this page does not promise a specific turnaround or appointment time.
