Do I need a perfectly staged house?
No. Focus on a clean, tidy property with clear surfaces and visible floors. Ask your agent which furniture and decorative pieces best suit the listing before moving large items.
What if the home is still occupied?
Use the checklist room by room and choose a storage spot for everyday belongings before the appointment. Let your agent know about access needs or pets ahead of time.
Should I expect clutter to be removed in editing?
Prepare the home as you want it photographed. If you need a specific edit or virtual staging, discuss the request with USHPS in advance rather than assuming it is included.
What if rain is in the forecast?
Keep preparing the interior and contact USHPS about the exterior portion of your appointment. We can discuss the conditions and your scheduled services with you.
