Capture the property's exterior on location in evening light. Your 60-minute shoot includes 4 images: 2 front and 2 back.

Contact USHPS to coordinate the evening timing for your property. This is a separate service from the two digitally edited virtual twilight images included in each Airbnb package.

A few helpful details.

Are the detail photos included in the 25, 35 or 45 photos?

No. Each package adds 10 detail photos and 2 virtual twilight images to the listing-photo count. Essentials delivers 37 images, Plus delivers 47, and Premium delivers 57.

What is a virtual twilight image?

A virtual twilight is a digital edit of a daytime exterior photo to create an evening-style appearance. It is not an additional on-site sunset shoot. The two twilight images are edited versions, not two new daytime camera angles.

Can I use the photos for my Airbnb or Vrbo listing?

Yes. Each package includes ongoing use to market the photographed rental on Airbnb, Vrbo, your own property website and social media.

Does the package include cleaning or styling?

Please have the property prepared before the appointment. Our home preparation checklist helps you work through rooms, outdoor areas and final photo-day details.

Do you photograph vacation rentals outside central Houston?

We serve Greater Houston and surrounding communities, including Pearland, Friendswood and League City. Contact us with your property's address to confirm service details.
