RESORTS & BRAND CAMPAIGNS
Multiple buildings, extensive grounds, dining concepts, lifestyle scenes or multi-day coverage deserve a tailored plan. Share your brief, brand specifications and intended image use so we can quote the right scope.
BEFORE PHOTO DAY
List room configurations, public areas and priority amenities. Share any required brand angles and file specifications.
Have rooms ready with housekeeping, plan quieter access windows and identify one point of contact.
Style bedding, clear counters and front desks, arrange furniture and check lighting throughout the agreed spaces.
HELPFUL BEFORE YOU BOOK
The packages cover representative room types. For example, a king, double queen and suite are three room types. If you need individual coverage of every room or several variations, tell us when we scope the project.
Room configurations, the number of spaces, preparation, access and brand specifications affect the work involved. The listed prices apply to the described limits. We confirm your shot list and any additional costs before booking.
The package includes marketing use for the photographed hotel on its own property website, booking platforms and social media. Tell us about paid advertising, corporate campaigns, third-party distribution or multi-property use so that scope can be discussed separately.
Send the standards, shot list, delivery specifications and any vendor requirements before booking. We will review the brief with you before confirming the job; brand approval is not assumed.
Those are separate services or production requirements. Let us know what you need in the brief. You can also view our on-site Twilight Shoot for its standard exterior coverage.
LET'S START WITH YOUR PROPERTY
Send your hotel name and address, room types, priority spaces, preferred dates and any brand requirements. We will discuss a shot list and confirm the scope with you.
