Help buyers see the whole home.

Give buyers a considered introduction to your property with USHPS Basic HDR photography. This service pairs HDR photographs with sky and grass enhancement for a listing set built around the rooms, exterior views, and features you want people to explore. Choose 25, 35, or 45 photographs and plan coverage that makes your home easier to understand before an in-person showing.

A practical photography choice for property marketing

Basic HDR is presented on the USHPS homepage as the most common listing set. It gives agents and sellers a middle option between Economy AI Edited Photos and Elite Blended Flash. For a home that needs interior and exterior coverage with the HDR approach, it offers a straightforward way to match your photography budget to a defined image count.

The purpose is to show the property clearly: how gathering spaces connect, what the kitchen offers, where bedrooms sit within the visual story, and how the outdoor areas complement the home. A useful listing set answers practical questions while giving viewers a reason to learn more. Share your property's strongest features so the planned coverage can give them appropriate attention.

Understanding HDR, sky, and grass enhancement

HDR stands for high dynamic range. As a photographic approach, it brings together exposure information to help handle differences between lighter and darker parts of a scene. Homes often contain those differences within a single room, such as a shaded seating area near a bright window. Basic uses the HDR approach rather than the blended flash service offered with Elite.

The advertised Basic service includes sky and grass enhancement. These edits support the finished presentation of suitable photographs, while the property itself remains the subject. Tell USHPS about any condition, landscaping detail, or view that needs careful treatment. Enhancement should not substitute for an accurate property description, maintenance, or preparing the yard before photography.

Find the right number of images

Basic HDR offers 25 photographs for $139, 35 photographs for $194, or 45 photographs for $250. Start with the rooms and features that need coverage, then select the image count that supports that list. Choosing solely by the number of bedrooms can overlook outdoor living spaces, a study, a second gathering area, or other features buyers may want to see.

The 25-photo set is the smallest Basic option and can support a focused introduction to a property. Prioritize the main exterior, kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and relevant outdoor spaces. If the home has more distinct spaces or needs several additional perspectives, review the 35-photo option before booking.

The 45-photo option gives the largest Basic image set. Consider it when a longer shot list is important to your marketing plan. Additional photographs are most useful when each contributes new information, rather than repeating nearly identical views. Provide the address, approximate size, and any special coverage requests so USHPS can confirm how the selected service fits your property.

Plan a photo set around the way people live

Buyers look at both individual rooms and the relationship between them. An open kitchen may matter because it connects to the living room. A covered patio may extend the gathering space outdoors. A separate office may help someone imagine working from home. Tell us about these connections so the photographs can support a coherent introduction.

Think beyond a checklist of empty room names. Identify the features that distinguish this particular property, such as useful storage, a flexible second living space, or an inviting entrance. The final marketing sequence can then move through the home in a way that makes sense. The goal is to help people understand what they would be coming to see.

Before the photographer arrives

Clean, declutter, and arrange the property before your appointment. Clear kitchen and bathroom counters, straighten furniture, smooth bedding, and put away cables, pet supplies, and personal items. Walk through the exterior areas too: remove vehicles from key views where practical, tidy the entry, and move bins out of sight.

Check access arrangements with everyone involved. Share gate or lockbox details through the booking process and explain any restrictions before photo day. Have the spaces you want photographed ready when the photographer arrives. Our home preparation checklist provides a room-by-room starting point you can share with sellers, tenants, or a property manager.

Compare Basic with Economy and Elite

Economy starts at $99 for 25 AI-edited photographs with sky replacement. Basic starts at $139 for 25 HDR photographs with sky and grass enhancement. Elite starts at $166 for 25 blended flash photographs, with lit rooms, see-through windows, and full grass edits. Compare the approach as well as the starting price.

If the property's presentation relies heavily on window views or a particular lighting result, discuss that before choosing. Drone photography, walkthrough videos, and on-site twilight photography are available as separate services. Confirm the requested scope, appointment availability, and delivery needs when booking rather than assuming those services or a particular turnaround are included in Basic.
